The frame and its components
are in perfect condition with some very minor cable rub on the head
tube. No dents, dings scratches whatsoever, and the decals are
The wheels were built at CycleMonkey by Neil Flock in SF, CA. At that
time Neil serviced the Rohloff Speedhub which was transferred from my
prior bike. It works flawlessly. The front hub is a Son Dyno hub
which powers a Schmidt Edelux headlight and tail light in addition to
a Supernova USB charger for your Garmin or smartphone while on the
trail. All work flawlessly.
It has a rear Ti rack by Tubus and the Moots frame was built by Moots
to accommodate a rear rack. The rack itself was customized by Bilenky
to accommodate the taillight.
The handlebars and stem are Ti and built by Budnitz. They are flawless.
The brakes are hydraulic Shimano XT and also perfect.
The YBB mechanism is perfect and requires no service; has less than
200 miles on it.
The front fork is a Rock Shox with a remote lock out on the handlebar
and is perfect requiring no service. Less than 200 miles on it and
was new to this build.
The cranks are 175 SRAM's and the front ring is 41T which coupled with
the Rholoff Speedhub and its 14 internal gears is awesome. As you
know the Rholoff allows you to shift while peddling or standing still;
which if you stop or fall off going up those steep single tracks is
