When insert the shim, press hardly the frame body until you hear the click sound. If not, try to adjust the latch and the block suspension until the click sound appear. After you install it, let your bicycle in unfold mode and let it be one night until the shim fit properly. To release, press back the body frame and then pull the latch to fold your bicycle.
