2019 BMC Roadmachine X Allroad/CX/Gravel Bike

Description

Category: Gravel/CX

This bike is in exceptional condition and has been cherished and meticulously cared for. I'm parting with it because I was fortunate enough to acquire my dream bike.

The frame is incredibly lightweight, made from triple-butted aluminum, and features an endurance geometry designed for long road trips, cyclocross, and gravel riding. It can accommodate tires up to 34mm in width, and the medium-sized 56cm frame is suitable for riders between 5'9" and 6'0".

The groupset is in like-new condition, with a Sram Rival 1x11 setup. I've recently replaced almost the entire drivetrain, and there are fewer than 300 miles on the new components. The 42T chainring and 11-42 cassette provide a wide range of gears. Additionally, the frame can accommodate a front derailleur if you prefer a 2x setup. The mechanical shifting is finely tuned, and the bike is equipped with 160mm hydraulic disc brakes for excellent stopping power.

The wheels are dependable Mavic Allroad alloy wheels, and they come with a 32mm Panaracer Gravel King SS tire in the front and a 32mm Panaracer Gravel King slick tire in the rear. Both the wheels and tires are tubeless-ready, although they are currently set up with tubes. The red stripes on the wheels are reflective tape left over from a long-distance race.

The saddle is the stock one, and I'm including Look KEO pedals. This bike has taken me on numerous adventures across Europe and the US Midwest. It's tackled mountains and served as a reliable companion for bikepacking, whether on the road or gravel, and everything in between. I've always kept it well-maintained, and it's a truly versatile machine.

If you see this listing, the bike is still available. I'm looking for serious buyers only, as the price reflects the quality of the frame and components. Local pickup is the only option.
